Initial Comprehensive Evaluation

Service Description

Initial Comprehensive Evaluations are required for all patients to receive treatment and serve as a basis for determining area of need via standardized and informal testing. May include just one area of concern or multiple areas of concern as determined by information collected from consultation Refund/Exchange Policy: All sales are final, Hues Speech Therapy Services Corporation does not offer any money-back guarantees. Patrons recognize and agree that they shall not be entitled to a refund or exchange for any purchase under any circumstances once service is rendered. Cancellation Policy: 24 hour cancellation is required to avoid penalty and receive full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will result in 30% convenience charge. No exceptions.
